Jithesh has more than 26 years of work experience, most recent in CXO and Board roles, across Management Consulting, Technology Leadership and Organisation Development with a core focus on developing culture, Learning organisation and technology based systems and processes for Businesses. Current he is working as Board Member/ CXO of a Group of Companies operating in Technology, Manufacturing and Consulting. Jithesh earned his Organisation Development spurs at XLRI, TISS and ISABS. A keen student of human behaviours and technology applications to maximise enterprise success, he is also a certified Neuro-Leadership Coach and Applied Behaviours practitioner. He learnt Group Facilitation and LSIP from Sullivan TA (USA), IAF (India), MTA (UK) and LSP (Singapore). He is certified in Individual and Team Productivity Tools by TMI (UK) and TACK (USA). His energy is focussed on creating the best-in-class Interventions, products and technology applications to help our customers revive, survive, and thrive. Jithesh delivers learning programs based on Experiential Learning and SeriousPlay tenets and are Facilitation based enabling learners to interact, understand and apply while they are immersed in the process. He has delivered more than 500 Learning Interventions and 100,000+ participant hours of coaching and learning to participants across Mid/ Senior & CXO levels. Its his firm belief that little by little, meaningful and fulfilling transformations can be achieved.

Shweta has more than 13 years of experience, most recent as a CXO and Co Founder in People/HR Technology and HR Consulting. Prior to the current stint she has served MNC organisations like Amdocs, Ferrero and OmniActives in Corporate HR and Talent Management. Shweta is involved in facilitating enterprises perform and learn better with our On-Demand Talent Management practice and consulting services. She has been actively engaged in designing HR systems, Digitising people processes with easy to use technologies and facilitating learning sessions for Junior, Mid and Senior leaders across a wide range of industry sectors and enterprises in Services, Trading, Manufacturing, Technology and FMCG/FMCD. Shweta has also delivered, facilitated and designed skilling and change alignment sessions for more than 1000+ participants. I have developed individualised competency development programs for more than 4000+ learners. Shweta learned Computer Science from IIT (Dh), H.R. from SCMHRD, Pune and Organisation Development from TISS, Mumbai. She had the opportunity to learn Appreciative Inquiry, a powerful process to engage people and groups in enterprises. She has also been trained on Performance Engineering, Process excellence, Learning design and Product Technologies by internal upskilling academies of previous employers and through entrepreneurship programs. She is also certified in psychometric instruments like DISC.
